Return Policy

Goods purchased at are eligible for returns or exchanges within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of dispatching.

This does not apply to:

  • custom products made to order, i.e. in sizes different to those recommended by the seller in the product fact sheet
  • custom-made according to consumer specifications
  • products serving the purpose of satisfying the customer’s individual needs (art. 38 point 3 of the act on consumer rights)
  • products made from fibres that are bought for this particular order (blankets and pillows are not returnable regardless their size)

Detailed information about return policy varies depending on the type of product. We do not accept returns and exchanges of wool blankets and pillows however if you have any problem with your order, please contact us directly and we will do our best to solve it.
We also realize that fitting the size of garments can be tricky and we accept returns/exchanges in selected categories of products (beanies and scarfs) that were ordered in woolbyAnn standard sizes. 
The product is always returned at the expense of the Buyer.

How should I proceed to return or exchange a product?

1. Please contact us via email and inform about reason of your dissatisfaction and your expectations within 7 days from the day of dispatching the goods.

2. After we confirm the terms of exchange or return in written, send us back the unused goods with labels, price tags and the original packaging, attaching a printout of the filled in returns form (download here) and copy of purchase document.
